    knee injury & work out?

So I had a major bail snowboarding today and twisted my knee.
I can hardly walk. I am in the middel of a cycle and dont wanna stop.
question 1: can I stick to upper body workouts, or does the whole body need
    rest to recover?
question 2: If I go to the doc and he offers meds, is ther any thing that will
conflict or not go well with the as? or should I tell him I on?
any one have experience with this kind of injury? and be able to tell me what to expect?
    thanks bros

i would just do upper body, hammer strength or other machines that put no stress on your lower body

Sure you can stay on cycle and just do upper body and core stuff. However I'd be getting lots of orthopedic opinions about your knee. You can always stop the cycle, do PCT and start it up again some other time. Right now you need to find out what happened to your knee. Demand an MRI and get multiple opinions. I learned how important that is the hard way. Knees don't just twist without tearing something. You need to find out what that is.

The only meds he's likely to prescribe is for pain.

    Good luck bro,
    Spud

i agree to that , take care of the knee i tore the livin piss outa my ligaments in my right knee and im still paying for it after i had it all reconstructed. get on it and find out , and if u can ride the bike as much and long as u can it would help u out allot and beeing on crank its actually not that bad due to the anti-inflam effects it has .but ride the bike as i stated i cant stress it enough .

How many weeks in to the cycle are you?

if I badly damaged my knee i would start PCT and end the cycle .

Its best to let that knee recover fully or you may further damage it.
besides, why continue the cycle if you cant give 110% in the gym.

    take it easy dive kid.

thanks for the imput guys. today I could hardly walk. but I limped my sorry
ass to the gym and did arms. I figure I will continue the cycle and hit the doc tomorrow. Im sure once the swelling goes down It will be ok, but Im not making
any drastic decisions till I talk to a doc. thanks again

i read a study that when taking ig-1 lr3 alone it was fine but mixed with anti-inflamatories it caused growth in the intestines.

btw thats shltty to hear bout ur knee bro! hopefully u'll b able to finish ur cycle, i think upper body routine would b good enough if u could still ride the bike.
