    How maintainable are tren gains?

Are the gains made from tren hard to maintain?

it all comes down to diet, training and pct. if all those r in check then u will b able to keep most of ur gains on anything besides the water retention.

Exactly as long as its muscle weight not water weight and you fix your diet accordingly and have a nice PCT/training then everything has the same maintainable gains.

Ditto, you can keep most of your gains if you do all of this right...

Out of all the steroids , test and tren gains are the easiest to keep IMO. Tren especially since the majority of the weight you'll gain will be lean muscle tissue, not water.

in most people's experience with proper post cycle therapy they'll maintain a good amount of the weight, but lose a disproportionately large amount of strength.

You wont be "weak" however, you will not keep 100% of your strength gains. What he means is, you'll keep most of the size you gain on tren , but be prepared to lose some of the strength gains.

yes i think tren gains are easier to keep than a lot of other stuff, simply because the weight you gain is not all water weight.
