I know people can get annoyed at certain questions being asked, especially this time of year (i.e. winni threads, dbol only, etc). But just remember that we've all been there before. Of course we must urge new members to research first, but when a guy comes on here and asks what would seem like a dumb question, be patient and try to help out. Somebody on here the other day was told by his source to chew up fina pellets and eat them. Questions like that will arise but instead of flaming, just help! It's just as easy! Thanks

The first thing I researched on AR was for a winny-only cycle... thankfully, I was steered in the right direction, and I'm grateful...
Let's not discourage new posters by being so harsh, but don't spoon feed them everything either...
The more they research, the more they will learn on their own, and the prouder they are of themselves as well...

i think a big problem is the rest of the outdated information on this site...b/c this board is amazingly informative, but before i ever posted here i researched the other components of the website first. However i didnt know that what i was researching was outdated information(steroid profiles, effectioveness chart..) Maybe we can clean up the rest of the site so newbies can come in here more educated... just my .02

This is so true as most people only know what they hear and that info is
usually coming from some zit ridden, bloated supposed AAS expert. This type
of so called experts are where most people get there info, so when people
finally find a web-site like this we should try and help. This doesn't mean do it all but help them along. My source is the one who told me about this site

Yeah they are still in the process of being updated. I know that hooker is still going through the drafts of the new profiles, which no doubt is a tedious job. And yeah I think that's where some of the deca only questions come from. They read it on the outdated profiles, ask about it in here, then get flamed and sometimes turned off by AR because of it. So let's just remember that it's just as easy to type in helpful info than to flame them. OR if it buggs you that much, just dont respond LoL.
