    Eq makes me tired?

    Everytime I do 2ccs of Eq it makes me tired about 1 hour later like I need a nap and my head is tired?.Anyone else have this prob...Think I need b12?

    Its all in your head, I dont see how it could make you tired. B-12 does increase energy so it wouldnt hurt. Ive heard of EQ anxiety, but never heard or have had tiredness
