    please someone answer

    hi, im 5'9 190, 6% bodyfat
    i am currently going to take a bulking cycle which consists of 40 cynatohs(russian sust) taken 1 everyother day........1000 mgs a week
    i was wondering what i can expect, weight gain wise, muscle qulity ect, from this cycle...........thank u all very much for responding

    What's your cycle experience?

    At 1000mg/week, you should run arimidex throughout... at least 0.5-0.75 mg ed. Also, don't forget your clomid.

    weight gain is expected....water retention will happen....you can blow up and gain 50 pounds if you eat like a fucking pig.....if you eat alot but eat healthy you could gain a solid 25 pounds of LBM

    agreed with the arimidex . i dont know about the quality of the muscle you will gain but you will definitely get bigger. have you considered adding some deca in there

    this is my 4th cycle, the ones before are
    1-deka 500 mgs a week
    2-sustunind 15 shots taken every 5 days
    3-i took 200 winnies before football camp
    this s the first seriose cycle im taking and i just want to do whatever i can to be big and shredded, any help will be appreciated, thank u

    IMO bro, running a deca or eq concurrently with a cycle of this nature would be more beneficial in the long run. It would enable you to keep more of the gains you worked so hard for.
    Keeping Nolvadex on hand is going to be a must. If there are ANY signs of itchy nips starting, you may even want to run Proviron along with the Nolvadex, so you can stop the conversion of any more estrogen with the Proviron and keep the estrogen that is already in your system from binding to the receptor sites with the Nolvadex.
