The ESPN show you're talking about gave them only 30 seconds to do as many reps as possible...If he wasnt working on a time constraint I dont see why its not possible...

Also many people in the NFL and college ball can as well.

Had a few bad@$$'s at my high schol. One guy on my team weighed 195lb, 20 inch arms, 4.4 in 40yd, and benched 375, inclined 325. The other guy was 235lb bad@SS bench 315, squat over 500, clean 375, pushpress 315, and deadlift 625. No bull, I saw it with my own eyes, and couldn't believe it. 375 pound clean!!!! If you're in highschool and you can clean 375lbs, thats unbelieveable.

My best friend is a genetic freak. God bless him.
His bones are huge and so are his muscles.

When he was sixteen he leg-pressed 800kg!!! (thats kilos not lbs)
His bench when he was 14 was like 250 on incline!
He could do 100 pushups in a row easy, and pullups he was doing like in the 50's and weighing 200-220 at that young age. All lean, and all 110% natural.
He has gone through 3 hernias now and is pretty much done lifting heavy, its a shame cuz he is only 22, and had soo much potential, could have been in the strong man.
His coach was a dick and a bad influence, if it wasnt for his coach he woulnt have had those hernias. He was young and stupid though.

The legpress was awesome to watch.
They loaded up the legpress machine all the way, then put more plates on top, then this big ass dude got on top of it and sat down over the plates.
    It was cool as hell.
He made me feel like a punl. I can do about 1300 lbs now and I am 23. Still getting stronger, That stat is natural.

Honestly, if you dont play at Miami U, like your avatar says so, I dont believe a single number you posted... powerclean 405 THREE TIMES! AT 183lbs with a 4.28 dash, unless your name is Adrian Peterson or Reggie Bush, but I'm sorry I have to call BS! Congratulations you are a olympic athelete

yeah bro, take it down a notch. i squatted 405. the 4.28 was timed at a nike.com combine at penn state university. i ran the time two times in a row. and to be honest, i had signed with miami u, but i suffered a grade 3 hamstring tear later that year in a track meet that needed surgery to repair. after that all scholarship offers were off. i still run track and managed a 10.28 100m, but ill never be able to run my peak cuz of the injury.

Junior year in HS (not natural)
Cant remember what I weighed. 240-250ish, not lean either.

    225x22 reps (horrible form)
405 bench ( Pathetic form, my hands were out as wide as I could get them etc etc)
Somewhere around a 405 squat (above parallel, again horrible form)
Didn't deadlift at the time, didn't even know what it was.

All the above changed my senior year in HS. Went up to the place I currently work out at and was taken under the wings of some EXTREMELY knowledgeable bros in the workout game.[/QUOTE]

Most of the NFL athletes are not that incredibly strong. I could do that right now with a strained pec.

This is just like that "im 16 i want to compare my bench to other 16 year olds" thread in the powerlifting forum...
