    Light Lean Muscle Cycle

    I've given up on using the heavier cycles (side effects lead me to terminate too soon). How's this for a light, lean muscle cycle that doesn't cut endurance:

    wks 1-6 winny 50ed
    wks 1-14 test 200ew
    wks 1-14 deca 200ew
    wks 1-14 EQ 400ew
    wks 8-14 anavar 40ed

    Tren causes me too many sides. I wanted to run the EQ for the positive impact on blood cells. Deca is to counteract the winny's joint problems.

    1) I would run the test to week 15 @ at least 400mg+ per week.
    2) I would fun the var from weeks 1-6 or 1-8.
    3) I would run the winni from weeks 12-17.
    4) And nolva, b-6, maybe letro throughout.
    5) And proper PCT of coarse.

    take a look at this

    1-15 test 400mg week
    1-6 var 50mg day
    1-12 eq 400mg week
    12-17 winny 50mg day
    1-pct nolv

    good ideas but couple of questions:
    - you cut out the deca because having it together with the EQ doesn't work?
    - why var before winny?

    for what you want to attain the eq would be better than the deca . Always run winny at the end 2 wks. past test e.

    Would you always use var as jumpstart or only if you do compounds like winstrol at the end?

    You can use var as a jumpstart either way.
    I usually run it throughout the entire cycle, all the way to PCT.

    I guess you go with prop or something? I was thinking about 12 weeks test e.. That would have been 14 weeks with var.. that's a little long to run var, huh?

    No not prop, enanthate . I usually run it for 10 weeks though, so I'm on var for 12 weeks, not 14. That's not too long for var at all. It's very mild, there's virtually no sides....it's possibly the safest steroid out there. You could run it year round w/ no problems...

    Var in the first 4 5 weeks will give you good strength with out any blot. The faster you can get you strength the more muscle fiber you can tare when lifting. Also winny at the end of the cycle will make you harder and sharper then var will.
