wife does it.
I also have some soon to be married cute
doctors that help out when my wife is away.
I have tried but I am not a person who can
stick a needle in himself. Tried and did bend the needle
so I know its not for me.

My bro used to do mine, now I was able to talk my wife into doing them. She goes nice and steady. Hardly any soreness at all. I use 25g, 1" in glutes.
