B complex problem

thought I d add some b 12 in my cycle . locally all that was available is B complex -------100mg--b1 per ml. it was only 10 bucks for 250ml made
10mg--b6 by aspen vet recources. According to
5mg--b2 average doseges theres not enough b12
100mcg--b12 am I correct?

absorbing b-12 is a bit hard too. I would go sublingual minimum or just get it natty from foods. Injectable is the best do at least 1000mcg per week, some do that everyday.

was planning on doing 500mcg ed but that would be 5ccs ed with this type.I just found another source her in town its 5000mcg,s per ml 100 mls for 20 bucks. can you split an ml that way?

Do not inject 5cc's of vitamins into you for the b-12. Get the other stuff and if you look at the lines on the syringe you just have to use simple math to find out what mcg's you would be injecting. Remember 1 ml= 1 cc

I would strongly recomend using Vet grade injectable B vitamins. It is held in dirty aluminum vats at the maufacturing facilities.

It's not the sterility. It is the fact that it is made in aluminum vats.
