My PCT?

I finished my cycle of deca and test 9/12 weeks a while ago and now its time for PCT. I will take 100 mg clomid 20mg Tamoxifen and .25 Arimidex . for 30 days.
1) does this look like a decent PCT?
2) Do I have to devide up the doses or can I take them all at once?

There are two ways to do it. There is the Pheendo way http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...hlight=PHEENDO or you can do it this way

Day 1 300mg Clomid
Da 2-11 100mg Clomid
Day 12-31 50mg Clomid
Day 1-31 20mg Nolvadex

The second is the way I do it. Doses can be taken all at once or spaced out over the day.
