I saw the title of this thead and thought "Oh my god..."
I thought it would be something like..
"OMG 1 WEEK TIL SPRING BREAK LOL!!! ANYONE HAVE STUFF I CAN TAKE TO GET BIG AND RIPPED B4 THEN? THANX!!!!111"

I'll never understand why people plan cycles and have them going through spring break.

You will be fine. Just do what has been said about taking in as much water as you can. The fact that you're going to be toe up for 99% of the trip and the hot sun will def dehydrate you fast so be smart.
Back when I was in school I went to Daytona one year and there was a pretty nice health club near our hotel so me and my buddie signed up for a week and would get a nice pump on before we hit the beach. Def helped with the beach hunnies!
