Saw Palmetto

I was just wondering if Saw Palmetto Berries can help prevent gyno. I have heard from some that ot can help prevent it, and some say it's no good. Can this be used instead of nolvadex , or is there anything else that can be use to fight gyno???
I have all my gear, but the nolvadex ddn't arrive with it as it should have, and i'm having trouble finding it anywhere else.

The saw palmetto will not help for gyno. It helps stop the conversion of Test to DHT. For helping out your prostate and keeping your hair it is great but there is nothing in my opinion OTC that will reduce the chance of steroid induced gyno. Dont start your cycle without the Nolvadex or Arimidex
