    changed idea about sust pain!!! AUCH!!

    hi,
    im at the end of my first wk with sust (eod shots)...
    had no problem with the first injections and felt some light pain the second one... but since that one, it's a nightmare!
    eache shot, i feel pain for 1-2 entire days... i feel like somebody gave me a kick or hit me with a metal bar!!!
    i hope this will go away soon... auch!!!!

    no you just get over it and plug away. I sit in a bulldozer 10hours a day bouncing my a$$ off, glute shots really sucked for me with sus. Try a hot shower and stretch out befor injection and rub the site for awhile aftewards. Also try pushing the plunger in really realy slow like 2min.

    yup im in my third week. IT hurts like a bitch (and Im a pretty tough guy) but just tough it out.

    i'm in my third week now and haven't noticed much pain... i guess i am just lucky

    of course, now that i have read this, the pain will probably start. thanks!!!

    a heating pad works soooo well for sore injection sites
