I see people have posted what the tablet recomendations are but I will add the liquid injectibal recomendations because alot of newcomers buy winstrol for injections. Something they dont know is if they get Vet quality stuff theyre in for some real pain. When I shot Vet winni it swelled my ass up for a week, and the pain......just believe me it ****en hurt the whole week. Winstrol needs to be shot every day. There enlies the problem.
Halflife for Injectable Winstrol: 8 hours.
Solution: drink 50-75mg's ed three times a day. For Example:25mg's every 8 hours ed. They recommend 50 mg's a day for newbies but it dosent work as well as shots so I just drank 25mgs more to make sure I was gettin at least 50 a day. If your gonna drink injectable then drink grapefruit juice 15 minutes before on an empty stomach, then chase the winni down with a drink of GFJ. Hope this helps somebody out.
