just wondering if this book is worth the money? I used to read this forum a long time ago. but to most i am an unknown newbe to say the least. i am new to this site but not to training. sorry about the first impression and thanks for the gentle direction.

You're lucky people here are usually good about not flaming newbies. I personally dont know anything about that international pharmacy book, nor do i know anyone who uses it. Ask a mod about the BOOK (not a source), they'll tell you if its worth the money. Stay on the board a while, good things come to people who are patient.

And nothing gets you hated more than introducing yourself with a post like this. Make a new thread introduce yourself, give your stats, how long you've been working out, and read read read as many threads as you can, and try to shadow the threads vets and mods are posting in, those one usually are the juciest

Just becareful about how you word stuff. The best way to find a cource in my opinion is just through friends of friends. Eventually when you are on the forum enough you will also make friends on here and maybe they can help you out.
