Why do you guys workout? Im just curious. Do you do it to look at yourself in the mirror? I do it for a reason, It helps out my ground game. It helps me power out of holds and helps in every aspect of the "Ground Game." If you think Im immatour for enjoyin a fun sport then mabe you need to go back to your mirror and take a deep look at yourself and why you train, if you train at all.

and if you've only been working out for 10 weeks, i dont think you are in a position to tell anybody why you display dedication and hard work in working out... i've been in this game for 4.5 years, some guys on here have been in it for 30-40 years... telling us why you workout, after 10 weeks means nothing... sorry, but it doesnt...
