With that dose, I would just do 10mg of nolva per day. Some may even say just keep nolva on hand incase of gyno symptoms.

thanks thats what i will go with and for pct i will bump that up to 20mg a day with 100 mg of clomid for 30 days

one more ? should i take 25mg of proviron ed while on cycle would there any benifit from it
