How much is to much?????????
Hey guys.....Im wondering if my workout is to much.Im lifting moday thru sat and sun just cardio by its self..Is that to much should I take a day in betweeen offf????
Mon = chest(cardio 30 min)
Tues= bicep - tricep (cardio 30 min)
Wed= legs (cardio 30 min)
Thurs=shoulders - back (cardio 30 min)
Fri= chest (cardio 30 min)
Sat= - bicep tricep (cardio 30 min)
Sun= Cardio ( 1 hour)
Every other week I switch up the muslce im working twice.....

dude looks like its ok as long as its meeting the goals for your self, it looks like you are trying to cut up. your lucky youve got a lot of time on your hands i wish i could have the time to work out like that

i think its fine, it might b overtrianing ur body a bit but it dpends on u. some guys can overtrain there bodies some cant. it depends on if ur gains are still coming or are they slowing down.
also shoulders and back are two pretty big muscle to b working together, i'd split them up, jmo
heres wut i do:
chest,claves,abs
hams,quads
bi's and tris,abs
back,forearms
shoulders,abs

I'm in no way an uber wieghtlifter but I would mabey take the tricep out of your Tuesday and Saturday workouts and replace it with abs and forarm. For me, my Tri's get a good workout on my chest day, plus I do some tricep work on that day too. Just imho

thats another thing ..I do abs least 4 times a week but ive been toll i should do them everyday considering a have a little gut ??????????????????

I would say it's too much if you don't have any test in your cycle.

for my money, its a good plan you got except for sunday... Trust me on this, If you give your body one full day of laying on the couch and relaxing you will grow like never before...
the way you have it set up now is good because you shouldnt have to many fatigued body parts at any given time, but you need that day of rest my man...
add 10 minutes to your daily cardio so you get sunday 100% off
I am extra lean so I get to eat pizza and taco bell on sunday afternoon... but breakfast is strict and I still drink 200g of protien in shakes...
and on the seventh day.... you know the rest man
