no sodium in your diet seems to work wonders.

alot of foods have sodium in it, its near impossibe to have NO sodium
-

i didnt say if it was impossible... i didnt say if it was probable... you said "no sodium"... literally no sodium will kill you... dont give advice to somebody if you are making a statement which is obvious to you, because they might take it seriously and try to eat no sodium... and yes, you are right, it is in a lot of things, however, you can eat less than 500 mg and less than that is dangerous...

well if you do a search, most people will answer question like this with the same answer I gave, so im not being illogical here with what I said. the more sodium the more bloat.

and most people would say... limit your sodium... or low sodium diet... not "no sodium"...
the only wonder no sodium will work is death...

You can also add a little potassium. It's the ratio of sodium to potassium in your cells that regulates how much water is in your cells. So bringing up K will do the same thing as bringing down Na.

the problem is that sodium is an extracellular elecrolyte, potassium is an intracellular electrolyte, so what happens is that if you dont consume sodium at all, the balance gets f'd up real quick, because potassium stays in your body much longer than sodium will because it is in your cells... sodium is outside of your cells...

Man, Sometimes I wish I had issues with bloat. Even at 2grams of Test, I do NOT gain one ounce of water. Very strange...

Nolva. Mostly it is estrogen that bloats you on a test only cycle. A LITTLE fluid retention can be a good thing, especially for your joints. A lot can increase blood pressure and make you look bloaty.
Nolva to "cure" it, and liquidex or similar to prevent it.

Personally I find that lowering the sodium intake, mucho water and l-dex make a huge difference. I have always been prone to bloat so I pay extra attention to it because I hate having moonface.
