I am 5"10 202 12%bf. have been off about 5 months natrually have kept alot of muscle. during off season concentrated on bringing up my weak points and have been hitting up cardio alot to try to get my bf down. my next cycle looks like this. feel free to comment! my goals are to gain 8-12 pds of solid muscle and keep it. i train 5 x's a week. 1.back/chest 2. shoulders/arms 3. legs 4. back/ chest low reps high intensity 5. legs/ arms. Cardio all work out days for 25 mins. at end of work out.

pct 17-20 nolva 20mg ed
