    do most pro's or national level bodybuilders use T3 during contest prep

    anybody know any pros or national level bodybiulders pre contest prep as far as gear gh t3 igf 1 ... doing a keto diet..

    Yes you can use IGF pre contest. Yes you can use Keto. What is your specific question?

    my question is do you think you will lose muscle using t3 while on keto diet... i'm on
    100mg prop ed
    50mg tren ed
    50mg mastoron eod
    50mg zombon ed
    50mg proviron ed
    160mcg clen ed
    30mg anavar ed
    gh 2iu 2x ed
    armidex 1/2 tab eod

    i'm 4 weeks out about 5%bodyfat.. i want to add t3 and oratropin 1... should i add the t3 or do you think it will make me lose muscle or appear flat...

    No.

    You should not lose muscle while on that cycle. However, I beg the question that you are eating enough protein and calories.

    i'm eating 250g protein and 150g fat 20g carb... i do 2hrs cardio 7 days a week and train 6days a week...i'm 5'6 200lbs and 5% as of last week.

    Ok, you're on cycle. Up the protein to 400g's, fat to 170, and carbs to 40. Rough #'s, dietitions can offer better advice.

    I would also drop the cardio to 40min ED instead of 2hrs ED. You HAVE to get out of your competition physique in order to gain size.

    i'm 4 weeks out from my show why would i raise my protien.. anything over 1g per body pound gets converted to glucose and throws you out of ketosis...

    250 grams of protein? That's all? Doc is right, you need 400.

    ive been dieting for 10 weeks so far and gained one lbm of mass.. i haven't lost any lean mass since i started dieting.. it's an anabolic diet.. all the fats are protien sparing.....look it up...

    I think he meant Zambon(winstrol ). But I am guessing you new this and was just making a point.
