    Superclen 200mcg tabs, 5$ each.

    100mcg a day in 4 weeks ?

    i wouldnt, the only advantage is they are tabs so you dont have to worry about any taste. 100mcg is kinduh a high dosage to be starting with as well. You could prolly handle it but then again the sides might get to you a little. Its hell cutting pills into fourths as well. Therefor if i were you id order some liquid clen from the banner on the top right. Ive never taken it but i think it gives you 20mcg for each pump. Price isnt to bad either and its spost to have a decent flavor to it.

    have you looked into arr's liquid clen yet. Its a pretty good deal. There are a few sites where you can get 60ml @ 100mcg/ml for like 25 dollars and 2/25 dollars when its on sale. Only problem with these though is that there not flavored.

    I have tought over it, and i think i will stick to:
    first week, 50mcg a day
    2 - 4 week: 100mcg a day :P
