How much weight would you say 1" makes?
Is there any way to estimate roughly what 1" of height weighs out to? Take someone say, 6'0. Use his same stats as far as BF%, etc but just add 1" heigh all around to him....whats that usually equate to? 5 pounds? 10 pounds?
I realize there is no exact science to this, but just wanna lay it out to help me do some comparisons.
thanks

I'd say closer to 10 than 5. I think they say it's 5 lbs. per inch for females.

Look for a chart that documents normal weights at different heights.
