    clen question

    Ive read that when your taking clen that you can stay on it longer if you take a antihistamine.The thing i need to know,lets say your taking 120mcg how much antihistamine would you need. Thanks for any help

    50mg of benadryl works great. Take it at night so when it makes you tired, its no big deal
