ok i m sure this is a stupid question but, i m getting ready to order my pct gear b4 i start my cycle. stupid question is.. the clomid and nolvadex on the ar-r website, do i hve to do anything to that stuff? ie convert it? 2nd.. do i drink it, shoot it or what?it's very vague and i m sure that is 4 a reason but i dont want 2 b shootin crap in my ass that i m supposed 2 b drinking.
also on a side note, can i mix test and deca in the same shot? i m gonna do test 250mg mon and thurs. shld i also add 200 mg each day of deca or shoot the deca 400mg once aweek seperately? thanks for any help.

The AR-R stuff is to be taken orally. You can mix your test and deca in the same pin.

You could shoot the deca once, but i would split it.
