yo, i have a powder connection. wondering if i could get some advice on a good cycle. i dont know if i should be considered a beginner or not. ive done only one cycle before, 6 years ago, 200mg deca /week for 8 weeks. made nice gains. im currently 6ft, 190lbs. i would like to get up to 205-210 and totally ripped. what would be a good stack for this goal and is it a realistic goal to begin with? im sure these types of questions have been asked before, maybe someone could point me to the right thread? im new.
