    Anavar diet

    What should a diet look like on VAr???
    I was thinking high pro/low carb. I have a weak digetive tract, so should I be taking it with food or without?

    Most people try and split their doses throughout the day... the half-life is only 9hours....

    Your diet shouldn't be much different whether you're on Var, or not on var...

    Are you trying to lean bulk, or cut? All depends on your goals.

    Your diet will always depend on your goals, bulking or cutting. The only compounds that make a difference in your diet are slin, HGH, and IGF-1 LR3.

    I don't plan on changing a thing. I start the var component of my cycle in about 6 weeks. I was just thinking about the 6 grams I have. Puts a smile on my face, can't wait to try it for the first time.

    yea im amped..start my fina/prop/winny 2nd week in may. im eating really lean foods.. turkeys, egg whites, grilled chickens, tuna, keeping my carb count about 125 area, and my protein @ 2g per body pound. im leaning out alot now on clen . down 21 lbs in a month. doing card 6 mornings a week for 1000 calories a day plus 6 nights a week training a body part. luving the results, and quite frankly amazed, i just put my friend on var that i got also, and he is loving it.

    Get your diet together before doing any AAS...

    u must eat every 2-2.5 hours

    I was just \asking to know the limits. On my first M1t cycle I ate very litle and had better gains the second time. The second time I ate like a horse. I guess all are different.
