Yes, lack of sleep and stress can cause gyno
Well, as you know.. Last week I posted a thread wondering if stress and sleepless nights can induce symptoms of gyno.. well after 3 nights of leisure and sound rest.. The symptoms stopped all together..... But today.. After very little sleep on Sunday night and no sleep tonight... the symptoms are re-occurring again.... which leads me to conclude.. that lack of sleep and stress must cause it.. At least for me that is... So from now on ill have some anti-E's on hand when stressors are at very high levels... such as now....

Makes sense, As far as I know all cases of gyno stem from hormonal fluctutain and hormonal disruption occurs during periods of high stress and abnormal sleeping patterns....though to what degree I know not.
