Ok
Somone told me not to lift this is a steroid workout
Monday-Chest-tricep
Tuesday-Legs, Abs
Wed. Off
Thursday back-biceps
Friday Shoulder
Sat- off
Sun-off

that's my exact workout routine right now, well close...
i wasn't aware there were "steroid workouts"
