    ALA Dose!!! question

    I just started takinh ala today.
    First I have to say That i bought a 120 capsules at 300mg ea.
    This is how I am using it.

    meal1- 300mg
    meal2- 300mg
    meal3- 300mg
    meal4- 300mg
    that is a total of 1200mg/day.
    Now this is a question for the experts out there...
    Should I increase the doses? is this good enough..
    here are my stats in case they are needed.
    5"3' 130lbs, 17.7%BF
    ...
    any inputs will be great..
