i'm not down with this flaming ****. it was never tolerated on this board for years and i think it's very easy to hide behind a keyboard and put down other people trying to make gains. unless you post your picture on here i think your words mean nothing.

i've never ripped anyoen here and won't do it now, but i will tell you what i see...
first, the pictures for most likely obvious reasons show no mid section shots.
what i see here is a guy who is big. big in taking up space big. muscularity that is apparent in the chest and possible traps in hidden under layers of body fat. the fact that the one pronounced body part you CAN see in these pictures is even pronounced is mostly due to the fact that the layers of fat over the muscle are making it look more volumous than it is.
this is a guy who's goal is to be 300?why? he is 260 now with not an ounce of conditioned muscle. why would your goal be 300 lbs when 225 would be a more realistic goal if you wanted to have what some would call an asthetically pleasing bodybuilder physique.
this is the typical heavy guy thinking bigger is better. there is no quality to the physique whatso ever. this doesn't mean that there can't be, but the diet needs serious commitment. hey, if you wanna be big....6'1 260 is big....if you want to look like a bodybuilder.....get your diet in check, drop about 35 lbs and then show me what you have. bodybuilding is quality not quantity of pounds. nothign in those pictures shows me any dedication to bodybuilding just weight accumulation to be "big"
