if you run test 200 twice a week how many days do you put in between the shots?

i would run t200 at least 500 mg aweek in my case ill be doing 600 mg a week 1-10 with Eq and shooting on Mon and Thurs

Start on Sunday and take another in middle of the week either Wed. or Thurs.

Yup that is what I am doing, and will be doing my next cycle. Right now I am only doing T 200 once a week and Sustanon 1 time a week.
Next cycle, I will probally do 500mg of T 200, and 300-600 mg of deca and 50mg dbol (4 weeks).
