What do you guys feel in your first week of dbol?

This is my 6th day since i started 25 mg dbol ED... I was wondering what you guys feel in your first week? I havent really felt any strength gains yet but i do get a bit of an energy boost it seems about an hour after i take my doses... I am retaining water also... Anyone have different effects in first week?

That dose is quitelow. what else are you taking with it?? On its own dbol would just make be puffy and full of water which are lost after cycle. I would up dose to 40mg ed and stack with some test and or deca . Make sure you have low salt intake in your diet and drink lots of water this will help with water retention.

how does drinkin alot of water help w/ water retention! i drink about 1 gal./day or more. is that good? no salt on food

Stack it.... i made the same mistake and all i got is S*it.....
Bloated with water..... very little quality muscle.... basically i didn't get squat!

yeah, too low of a dose, i suggest 40 mg/day......

def to low dose if runnin alone, i would go with 50mg and stack it with a test

very true and not only that but water helps the kidneys which will be under stress from oral steroids . Drink filtered water or bottled as tap water often contains compounds that stress liver and kidneys

It is my first cycle and im stacking it with 400 mg per week of test cyp... If i up the dose, I wont have enuff for 4 weeks... I only have 100 5 mg tabs... Russians.. At 25 mg ED it will last me 4 weeks... Should I up the dose anyways if it only lasts me 3 weeks?
