Winstrol has a half life of about 9 hrs so it would make sense to take 50mg ED split up into 25mg every 8 hrs. Just because your friend is a "big fella" doesn't mean he knows anything about chemistry.

50 mg's ed is the best way to take it. Half life is 8-12 hours so split up the dosages to 25 and 25.

Personally i like taking them about 4 hours before working out. I take all 55mgs of my cap at once.In doing this im trying to workout right at peak concentration of the drug. Ive been doing this for 4 or 5 weeks and it seems to be working very well.Also in breaking up tabs you never know if your getting the right amount of concentration in each tab. I hope this helps.

Actually it's pretty easy... especially if British Dragon, they already have a line down the middle and after you cut it if you can look at it and they look the same size, guess what... half and half. Sure you might get 23mg in one and 27 in the other but its not a big deal.

so if i woke up and took 50mg every morning id be fine? or should i take it closer to work out time (around 1 every day)?

I'd split it every 8 hours, or, take half when you wake up and half before you workout. Whatever melts your butter.
