This will be my third cycle using winny and i always get great results. My question is whats the most mgs you should use a week? cause i only do 150mgs and i heard if you do more then 200mg your wasteing it.

150mgs a week? Most do at least 50 mg a day.

Most people run 50mg to 100mg everyday depending on experience. I'd say read up a bit more on it or any other substance before ya start doing them.

im spaceing them out eod and i did do research, and 150mg works great for me!!!

So if you do it 50mgs eod, one week would be 200mgs and another 150mgs week. The way i do it is week 1 (mon 50mg, wed 50mg, fri 25mg, sun 25mg)week 2 ( tues 50mg, thur 50mg, sat 50mg . so it all equals to 150 a week.
