Looking For Someone Who Know There Sh*t
hey guys im new to the forum, and i need advice. i have taken a few cycles and like the results. i went from 120 to 167 in a year and a half, i am currently at 152 after being out for 6 months and im ready to get back with the program. i need advice what to stack are what to take and what not to take. i have super test 450, sustanon 250 , deca 300 , cypanate 200 , and some tren . please give your advice . keep in mind im one of the hardest hard gainers

I would say get back into the gym for a little while first.
Also post up you cycle experience. That will give us a better picture.

i have been back in for awile, and im eating six to 7 times a day, i am 152 after being out for 6 months, i lost 15 pounds, i gained 50

im taking at least 300 grams of protein , load up on carbs as much as i can and take in as much calories as i can at least 2500 , im drinking at least 2 shakes a day. i have 25 cc of super test , and the rest is 10

i took 3 cycles in a year and a half, and gained 50 pounds , i think that was pretty impressive beings i was a scrawny 120 pounds, and i eat like a frickin horse, i just want to know how to take what i have

2500...u don t eat enuff. eat 4000+ as a real hardgainer this shouldn t be a proble. ur nutrition sux. get this in check and u ll grow without gear.

no i didnt ,, i didnt cycle till i was about 142

2500 is the least i will take in i will try and get between that and 3500 a day, its just hard sometimes with work

well , i alot of what i had is left over from last year, and i recently picked up the rest from a friend that is getting ready for a show and he didnt need any of it so he gave it to me, so that is really how i ended up with what i have today
