What is the best 1st cycle?
Im 6'3'' 240 .. i want to get stronger for football and look better.. what do you recomend as a first cycle for myself?

a test only cycle possibly test e 500mg wk 1-10 followed by PCT

basically the first cycle should be test. e 500mg/wk with proper pct. how old and what % bodyfat are u. also how long have u been training

ehhh in that case steroids aren't for u man, only use steroids once you've hit your natural potential and have everything such as diet training in check. Get some cell-tech and protein shakes. This isn't what u want to hear but theres no way u should do steroids right now.

ok so say i get my body in shape after a good month.. do you still recomend the test 500??how much does that usually run??

if u havent been training long then u shouldnt do any cycles. u should post ur diet in the diet forum and your training routine in the workout forum. they can critique it if needs to be. muscle isnt gonna come overnight. im guessing u have been trainin anywhere between 1-2 years, if so train for a couple more naturally learn some stuff on here then when u are more ready u should. this is just my opinion, it all up to u

the problem is that i have to get bigger for college football. im goin up in divisions.. i only have until august to get bigger. Will the test not do positive things for me??

My first cycle I did Test/primobolan cycle 10 weeks. Was very pleased with results, gained about 23lbs, dropped around 5% body fat, only lost 5 to 6lbs when I came off.
250mg/Test a week
50mg a day/Primobolan
Sorry guys I am one of those guys that believe 250 is fine for you first cycle

500mg test e 10-12wks
14 days aft last test jab start clomid
300mg day1
100mg next 10days
50mg last 10 days,very good tried n tested 1st cycle,do some research on this site mate,nearly everybod wil tel you the same,good luck!

lucubratzi is right on, and steroids rn't something u can just jump into, i wouldn't tell anyone who hasn't been training right for at least 3-4 yrs to take them. Look around and read up that way one day when ur ready and if u still want to then u can take them effectivly and "safely". Gotta b educated and a good month is still a definate no.

I have to get my strenth up big time.. I need to take something other than creatine and protein.. i do have 1-ad and mythle depo...i dont know what i should do.. i need to take something...??

yeah man good luck with whatever u do but i would definatly strongly oppose doing steroids right now, just hit the gym hard and the gains u want will come.

It seems when i lift i dont make gains fast enough.. and i need to start making gains fast because i have a chance to start center for K.U.

if u do it, do the cycle blindside made at the beginning of this thread, make sure u do pct
