Critique My Diet
I don't feel like I am eating enough. I feel like maybe I am eating to clean. Not enough carbs maybe. Help here. Not growing like i'd like.
7 a.m 7 egg whites 2 whole wheat toast 2 glasses milk
9:30 a.m 50 gram pro shake. Sometimes a yogurt with
12:00 Chicken breast or some sort of red meat. Usually rice along with.
3:00 50 GRAM PRO SHAKE
5:30 REGULAR DINNER. CHICKENOR STEAK. usually potatoes or some sort of rice. Milk.
7:30 can of tuna or chicken.
9:30 50 gram pro shake.
Man I write that out and it sure seemed like i was eating more than that. I think i need more cals and carbs. Any suggestions on food that will help to add to this.

how much is evrything in total? cal/pro/carb/fat

I know I am eating around 250 grams of protein. I felt like I was around 4 or 5 thousand cals. 400 grams carbs. However, when i wrote it out i think all these numbers are way off except the protein. Man, should have wrote the **** out before. What are good foods to get more carbs and cals.

chicken breast,lean turkey breast, and ribeye steaks are good source for protein. rice,fruit,pasta are some good example of carbs. also try to keep your fat intake kind of low. a lot of fat is definately not what you want bro.
