Thread: no weight gain.

    no weight gain.

    I have been taking 400 mg of test which I think is not working or it very low, 300mg of deca and 100 mg of prop.
    The prop and deca is real I can tell u that.
    My question is this, it been 5 weeks already and I have not gain 1 lb.
    But my streight is great and recover time is fine.
    My have seen my body change to more muscler but no weight gain.
    Is this Ok for should I be concern. To be honest I'm happy because even if I don;t weight any more I see results.
    Plus I have no sides, not even a zit.

    test

    You must take into consideration your entire body composition. It is likely that you have lost fat weight but gained some muscle weight in it's place, creating a 0 net weight gain. This is not a bad scenario, but what are your goals? If you are trying to cut, then it is working. If you are trying to bulk, then add calories and protein to the diet.

    it good, to be honest I not eatting everything I see. But I eat six meals a day.
    And I have all the energy to work out. Plus the protien is there.
    sometimes, I think it the 400 it not real or not strong. I almost was thinking I sould inject a shot of prop with the 400 mg but maybe that not a good idea.
    I know the other gear is real because with the work out I'm doing my body would brack down within a month because it too stressful.
    What do u think should I take more of the prop?
    PS this is just my first cycle and more to come within a year.

    protein maybe there, but what about total cals??? carbs and fats???

    Efa

    EFA supplements (i.e. flax seed) made a huge difference for me in gaining. It is cheap and well worth it. You need EFA's to gain muscle. It is just one piece of the puzzle.

    oh I can not brack down my total cals or fats.
    I'm only 150 lbs, but I'm 5'4 so it a good weight, my goal is to be 160 at 10% BF
    so overall I happy with how things are working out for me.
    But ya I will buy some flax oil tomoorow, Store is close today.

    Post a pic of your test 400. if you can't do that, then tell us who it is made by, and what it looks like. Do your cycle included: Test400, Deca, and Test Prop.?? OR Deca and Test Prop. only??

    i am also 5'4 but around 160.i also dont gain much weight on a cycle no matter what i take or how much i eat.i think if you are that small to start with you will not gain 20 to 30 pounds like some of these guys say they do.i am lucky to leave with 5 pounds of muscle from each cycle and i have learned to live with it.my advice would be to not listen too much to what some of these guys gain and you will be fine if you train hard and eat right.not at all saying that these guys are at all lying about gains and ive only been working out for a couple of years but out of all of my friends none of them are under 225 and i have never seen with my own eyes them or anyone else gain 30 pounds on a cycle in a matter of 12 to 15 weeks.just keep eating good and training hard and you might not see the diff. on the scale but you will in the mirror.one last thing i wanted to be 160 when i started but that will not be enough ounce you get there lol.

    Good points, the percent of body weight increase is a better guage. But even at 160lbs, you should be able to gain 10% over the course of a 15 week cycle, assuming that bulking is your goal. That is only about 1 lbs./week, with proper diet, rest, and aas this should be a viable goal. Remember, through the course of a cycle, the more that you gain the more you have to consume to continue gaining. The more muscle that you have, the more calories will be burned.

    recovery time on cycle is better, but if your body would "break down completely" if the stuff weren't real, you might be overtraining. what does your workout look like for a week.

    i was wondering the same thing?? i hope not just 100mg weekly, if so whats the point of using it, the deca is 3 times as much a week and that means that your sex life could drop. you should be doing atleast 100mg eod. or 75 a day would be even better.

    It says that he is taking t400 test as well. I am guessing that he is using the prop as a jumpstart.

    Can you overtrain while cycling?I thought that if you got enough calories and protien you could train as much as you want ie. morning and night?

    I started at 5'7" 140 at graduation, 12 years later 172, trainin and great diet, some of us little guys are those "hard gainers" I hope to get 10lbs out of first cycle, keep eating and good luck, I feel ya pain!!

    overtraining

    Overtraining can occur on cycle more so than off cycle. Your body needs the recovery time to build the muscle back up. You work out, feed your body, rest, and the body will build the muscle back up and larger to handle the work load being put on it. The guys here are always asking if a poster is getting enough rest because your body is rebuilding itself during sleep. I do not hit the same body part more often than every 4-5 days. It is the quality of your workout, more so than the quantity.

    oh sorry for not answering the what kind of test is it question.
    Well the 400mg is from a company called second generation PV Lad
    125 prop
    75 phenylpropionate
    75 isocaproate
    125 decanoate
    so it like a designer 250 sus
    The thing is I used another prop from Quest Pharmaceutical which I though look fake, but man that **** is da bomb
    and I only used 100mg of that a week, but I can tell once it hit because it hurts like a MF and I get so ****ing horny.
    SO I think the second generation PV LAD is fake or not strong.
    For my money I can use more of the prop and get crazy gains.
    But I going to leave things as they are. I happy with resultes and I think I can keep my gains.
    But thanks a lot and logan I will take your advice and buy some flex seed oil soon.
    This is just the first cycle and as long as I get stonger and see change in y body I'm happy.

    If I can feel 100mg of prop how can I not feel 125 mg of prop from the 400 mg?
    I agree I should gain weight if it was really 400 mg because this is a bulking cycle.
    Anyways I bought the flax seed oil lets see what happens.

    you don't grow when you lift, you grow when your body is recovering. rest is even more important on cycle. i think overtraining is mostly your problem!

    day 2 shoulder

    arms barbell curles 2*10
    one arm curles 3*10
    hammer curles 3*10
    dips 3*10 bodyweight of course
    dumbbell kick back 3*10
    tri push up 3*10

    day 3 legs
    squats 5*10
    leg press 3*10
    leg extention 3*10
    leg curles 3*10
    forarme row 3*10
    rev forarm row 3*10

    day 4 rest
    day 5 all over again

    Keep in mind that the weight I do is has much as I can.
    but they are not the same, I have been doing heaver weight each time. So I'm getting stronger. But I never feel tried like I can not workout the next day
    I don;t think this is over training.

    guys theres no way!! he would have DEF gained atleast 5 pounds of water in this time!! hes on test and deca !

    banelord find a new source bro. good test is cheep you should be able to get a new bottle for 20-40 bucks depending on your source. 50-70 if its a local

    If I was to guess, I'd say its fake. Sorry, but the good news is your progressing naturally.

    The workouts your doing are adequate for stimulation thats for sure. I wonder... and didnt notice how long does it take you to recover from a sore bodypart?

    and you say NO sides? some are like that, thats not really an indicator of "realness" imo

    do you have PCT? maybe its worth it to come off and pct for like a week or so... whats the halflife of deca ? maybe not then? just to see, and then go full out

    have you always trained like that? is this abnormal training?

    I trained harder off then I did on once and gained more OFF. so....

    Update I now that an extra shot of prop when I take the shot of 400.
    Crazy results eatting like there no more food around and gain weight.
    So it was the 400 that was fake and not my body.
    Going to finish a 10 week cycle and have some prop and clen for cutting. Then it the clomid
    So I will stay away from the 400 next time and buy test eth and test prop.
    These seem to work best.
    But still no sides.

    for me working the muscles twice a week is over training. adequate rest

    ya but the thing is, I use the protine and glut and I can recover the next day.
    But your right I did not work out last friday because of a crazy ass shoulder and arm workout. I listin to my body and sometime rest is what the doctor order.
    Rest is Key I know, that when the muscle is build.

    ok it confirm I'm taking a week off now, I think I'm over training. I mind is wondering and I'm not 100% at the gym. Some rest is what the doctor ordered.
