    Finals and PCT

    Not sure if this belongs here or not but anyway.

    for all of you college students out there here is a little advice....

    always plan your cycles around your finals because let me tell you going thru pct during them is a total b*tch. Low test levels, mood swings, lack of sleep, a sh*tty diet, and inconsistent workouts are really taking a toll on me (and its only been a week).

    Oh well enough b*tching back to the Thermodynamics.

    I know what you mean bro...I'm studying for 2 that I have tomorrow right now. Actually I took a break and got on here Atleast I'm not taking any classes this summer. Well back to studying. Hope you get it all worked out and can hold on to your gains through all of the caos!

    I knocked out 2 today but i get a break tomorrow and then have 2 thursday and 1 friday.
    So far only dropped 4 lbs 2 weeks into pct.

    well my diet is not so much shitty as inconsistent and insufficent. not getting nearly enough protein especially. its tough trying to eat 8 times a day when spending all of my time either studying or tutoring. and beleive me the librarians don't look to kindly on you when you break out a plate full of chicken and rice and go to town eating .....i found that out the hard way

    I break out the chicken and rice in tuperware...I used to at least
    One big bowl, all mixed up, nice and cold if need be for me works lol

    Shakes are a good friend of mine when time is a crunch, I
    do the double scoop per drink for ~45gr of pro Yummy
