    18 Inch Arms!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, just curious how my arms compare to the rest of the world. i measured them and they are 18 1/4 inch. They always appear to be larger than most guys inthe gym. Is this considered nice size?
    whats the averge size arm?
whats average size arm or someone who works out?

well, its really gonna come down to alot of factors, bf/muscle composition, I mean you could have 18 inch arms like stuffed sausages and then a 16 rock hard arm, which one would you consider a nice size then?

I guess thats not really your question, all in all 18 1/2 inch arms are great. That is bigger than the average lifter IMO

lets see some pics of em?

You might want to post this in a different forum. Plus, if you want to get some good responses put your height and weight down.

I read on the little blood pressure machine at the grocery store that the average adult size arm is 10- 13 "

    My forearms are 13 - 1/2 " c'mon....

I think the avg. lifter arms are probably between 15 - 16 "

18" is pretty impressive but only on a person with 10-12% bf...IMO.

I've seen a guy with 23" arms but was 5-10 and weighed 375 lbs (nothing but fat)

No frame polishing. It's an 04, they did the frames black for some reason. Chrome wheels though.

shorter guys have it easier at building larger arms. Shorter arms = more compacted muscle.

A guy with long lanky arms require all that much more muscle to achieve the same look.

it makes it hard for me since my arms have a huge wing span that is 4 inches taller than my height. if i had the wing span of my height then it would definetely be easier.

I think 18 lean is good, actually 18 lean probably looks more like 20" to the average person. But the most I've ever been is 18 1/4" in my life, seems like the road from 18-20" is alot harder than the road from 14" to 18", hahahhaha

    Yeah. I say 18 inch are good.....but that's where I'm at...I got 18's @ 6'4" & about 10-12% bf......I got those long arms....so the 18's don't look quite as big on me....but I'm still happy.

And good for you bro, good work!

Yeah my arms by no means are fat, they are pretty thick and solid with muscle. I would say that i have big biceps through genetics and over the years I have really swole up by triceps. I will post pic soon, just need someone to take the pic with my web cam, its kinda hard to take your own arm pic.

Bet you cant beat my MONSTERS-dude get real, 26 inches, maybe your head!!

No shit... Lee Priest's forearms in particular are pretty awesome. A LOT of detail there, when he is in show condition.
