    how long to recover from gyno surgey?

    how long thos it take to recover from gyno surgery an how long thoes the surgery take? anyone have any expirice with this and how long before u can train again? any help is great...

    Depends on the procedure. Usually 3 - 4 weeks. There is a procedure by a Doctor in San Diego that allows for recovery in 3 days.
