    thanks bro, that's good advice, and I'll definitely be forthcoming in the future. i've learned a lot just from this board in the last couple days, and it's because of you guys!

    I feel A LOT better than I did this morning, and will most likely go to work tomorrow. and I'm stopping both the anti-inflam and dbol for now. i'll restart the dbol once I start my new cycle, which will probably be in four weeks. i'm planning on only using dbol once (one cycle) then just using test for maybe a few more cycles ...if that. I'm really just looking for something to help me get to a certain level, then I'll quit the juice and stay "natural". (whatever that means)

    Nobody likes a Quitter! LOL Take it easy in the gym, I still have heavy squat days that leave me near immobile for days-but it always works out.You get ready for your next cycle, and you only want to do one or two, post it, with the brains and exp available around here, we can make it a good one-course then you'll never quit.

    your situation and how you handled it was very comical. Fitness magazines are full of sh1t, as well as many "internet articles"

    I was simply trying to give you some advice, the finger waiving just meant that you shouldnt have done that plain and simple, and that you shouldnt take steroids when you are out of shape. That plus the fact you took deca without test and thought downing d-bols would fix it ...idiot
