    Exclamation did my physical today heres my bp!

    alright i went and did my drug screening and physical.. my bp was 138/58 pulse 80. the first number is high. do u think i should stop my cycle? he said something that smoking before can change it and also stress and other things.. if i stop will my bp go back to normal

    stop long enough to look up the normal values of BP. your BP is not high at all.

    138 sounds good to me.....thats not high enough for a doc to give you any kind of meds.

    120/80 is like the avarage. an anywere between 60 -100 pulse is normal

    the bottom number is the most important one,
    120/80 is considered money,
    i dont know about 68, thats a very low bottome number, shouldnt be too high, nor too low.
    but im sure ur doc informed you about this so why do you want our advice?

    Thats good man lol I was 180 over like 117 for a week from Dbol !!! Your good to go!
