anavar w/ deca or sust

i am 6'1 190 lbs and about 11% bodyfat. i want a good lean mass cycle to gain that hard look. what would anavar b better to stack with deca or sust and how would i stack it?? thanx for ne help

u dont want deca to be the base of your cycle, imo - sust would be the better of the 2 - test eth would be better than the sust--less injections, and it works wonderfully.

Definitely go with sust or with test e. Also welcome to the board and I would definitely recommend doing some research. There are numerous posts on this board that can be very helpful to you.
