Where'd all the knowledgable vets go??

I've been a member of this site for about 1 1/2 years, but lately it seems like the site is declining. In the months/years of past, knowledgable and experienced vets were responding to almost every post. It made this site a GREAT resource.

While there are still a few knowledgeable vets around, the population seems to be drastically decreasing and most threads are now just filled with responses from other novices.

Anyone else notice this trend?

There was a falling out between a few vets and the AR's head honcho, in short they started a new forum without telling him, and he felt threatened. In the following argument people took sides, alot of them went to the new forum, some of them stayed here, unfortunately alot of very experienced members went to the new forum, however i still think AR's a great resource.

I think there are so many threads and so many members now that those easily answered are often responded to immediately. When a question is a little more in depth or requires a higher level of knowledge I think you see the Vets and MODS come out in full force.

You're sorely mistaken, and I've been here pumping out PLENTY of diet/workout advice for the last 3 years. There are also tons of people like Hooker, Rickson, Bouncer, etc., who are just as helpful if not more.

I'll leave you to further loathe over your hero.

second:with almost 4000posts in 4months you are the biggest post whore waste of bandwidth on this site.
Have some loyalty and self-respect.Quit worrying about how many posts you have.Post count will never earn you respect.
Now that BDTR is gone you kiss ass on the rest of the staff.Dont think they dont see what you do the same way all the rest of us do.You will be the first member here with 20,000posts and never even be considered for a mod position.Read back through 90% of your posts.They are repetitive,post whore,childish GARBAGE.

I also think the mods here are great.That doesnt mean im going to shit on the ones that are no longer here.Unlike others my loyalty runs a little deeper than that.I just find it easier to respect the guys that talk the talk and walk the walk such as BDTR and yes SWOLECAT.

you need to relax buddy. I'm sure many would agree that tai and others contribute more to this board than most. They have been extremely helpful and adding humour to the forums never hurt anyone. Go have a seat, take a few deep breaths and chill the f#@k out!
