    Chest pains during cardio...WTF???

Dude, I was doing cardio today walking on an incline, and i got a pressure like feeling pain in my chest on the right side (not the side of my heart). It felt like someone was pushing on my chest and also from the back. I havent been on any aas for over 5 weeks. I did finish up a 3 week cycle of clen though 2 weeks or so ago. ANy ideas on what this could be? Kinda scared me so I got off and the pain went awyas, b/c it started to increase a little. BTW< im in my early twenties.

Any sort of chest pains I strongly suggest you see a doctor immediately. Especially when the chest pain was induced by cardio (heavy breathing, strain on heart).

I once had chest pains, it was like a sharp sensation pushing on my lungs. I wen't to the hospital striaght away and it was due to pulling some muscles in my back that effected my breathing.

    Just a thought. Good luck.

TO explain the sensation i got a little better...it feels almost like a stinger in football where you can feel a pressure under your shoulder blade and in the front of your chest where it hurts a little to breath, but at the same time, its not hard to taek a breath. Oh, and the pain wasnt as sharp as a stinger in football.

pretty good. About 2-3 pro/carb meals a day and 4-5 pro/healthy fat meals. AS I said I am cutting.

I'm guessing its from the clen . I did two weeks of it a while back and I haven't felt the same since. My dose didn't exceed 100mcg either...I'm convinced that clen is not to be messed with.

    Do you smoke?

Good Luck, I hope the pains go away.

Nah don't smoke, and yea I have the same feeling...that it is from the clen. Don't think i woudl ever touch the stuff again. I only went up to 100mcg/day as well. The sides/possible sides versus the benefits just make it not worth it AT ALL

sometimes back spasms will take your breath away, feels like an elephant is on you chest. Stay away from any type of stimulant, maybe do some light stretching. or see a doc.

Sounds like it could be gas. sounds nasty but it could be. Go to the clinic doctor or eergency room and they can give you a ekg and you will know imediatly if theirs any heart issues. Its worth it, the hospital has people in their all the time with the same kind of pains. Giving you an ekg isnt a big deal and if you go to the emergency room you wont have to wait for chest pain youll go right in and youll be done in 10 or 20 min.

I had a very similar situation and it turned out to be my acid reflux. It really messed up my esophogus and caused me to have a hiatel hernia. The pain felt was like having a heart attack. Scarry shit! Go to the doc and check it out. An ekg takes 5 mins. Get one done.
