That's varies from person to person.
But I've known ppl that have had trouble and not even known it.
Some signs to look for:
1. Yellow discoloration of the skin or eyes.
2. Abdominal swelling or severe abdominal pain.
3. Prolonged itching of the skin.
4. Very dark urine or pale stools-, or the passage of bloody or tar-like stools.
5. Chronic fatigue, nausea or loss of appetite

Once any of the above signs are present, liver disease is considered either advnaced or it's a severe acute bout of it. Screening lab tests (AST, ALT, bilirubin) are the best wasy to assess liver disease.
Dive_kid: the liver is mainly in the top right part of the abdomen.

The liver is a reddish-brown mass weighing about 3 pounds (1.4 kilograms). It is located in the upper right part of the abdomen, under the diaphragm and above the stomach and intestines.

As someone stated above..The best way to know if your having problems is by having frequent blood test's done.

HMMM...
I just started my first cycle at 500 mg test-cyp and I have had some occasional mild cramps on my right side, nothing too severe but once in awile it feels a tiny bit sore.. and bloated.. and I was worried it could be something to do with the liver is that something I should be concerned.. about..
I've had a fatty liver before,, when I've lost alot of weight.. .

one last question....what is jaundice?
I do get blood work done and none of these things are an issue to me.
I would just like to know. this stuff should also be posted up some where
for newmembers to read. some times you get that little ache and think nothing
of it, when you really should.
thanks all

milk thistle
I worry more about my kidneys than I do my liver. Milk thistle may help the liver, its cheap.

I was taking Tren EOD and after the 3rd injection my (guessing liver?) felt tight and had a medium pain there. I have been off for 4 weeks and the pain is very faint and on and off. I still take milk thistle and drink lots of water. I have a doc appointment in a few days and I am scheduled just for a checkup but how should I have him check my kidneys and liver, what should I suggest he do? Also if the tests come back clean, I would like to start using Sustenan 250 but dont know how toxic it is compared to tren. Anyone help me with this? I really wanted to be mid cycle by now but cant do anything until I visit the doc. I dont want to tell him about AAS because of insurance issues. I have been off of Tren for a month and only did 3 shots so I assume it wont show up on tests. I have not done decca.
