    first shot !

    so like i took my first shot of test E today ! was a cinch didnt even hurt(shot in tri) but i hate the soreness in the muscle after ! but its going away...just wondering what general consensus is, should i just run 10MGs a day of my nolva or wait for sore nippys?

    i waited to see if i needed the nolva......never had any gyno signs, so i never took it...still have it on hand just in case though

    I always use 10 mg nova when on a cycle
    Also use .25 L-Dex ,AND I USE 400 mg of B6

    It's always good to have it on hand, and it's still way to early to notice any effects of the test whether it be postive or negatvie...

    yea i know but i just wanted some info on which i should do anyway...with the nolva from AR R .1 on the styringe thing they send you is 10mgs? i need to know for my rat...
