Anapolon and diet

Hi guys,

Can anyone suggest a diet for Anapolon..i am just a shade under 6 foot....about 220 pounds and about 17% bodyfat....

not sure if maybe i am eating too little calories

what are you looking to do, bulk or cut.?. Are you running any test with this cycle?

No test.....trying to bulk a bit....but more for strength.....using only 1 75 mg tab per day...only on training days...i,e 3 times a week...do you think this is enough ?

Also do you recommend taking it with morning meal about 2 hours before training or 30 min before training ?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated...

Taking it with a Morning meal would be fine, I don't think 3 times a week is sufficient enough, especially with no test. Also 3 workouts a week is not that much, either and test or stick with a bulking diet, look in the diet section under the bulking sticky.. Also if you do your planned cycle make sure you have your PCT setup, along with liver supplements. Best bet would be to do some more research, cause you will probably be disapointed in the cycle you are planning on doing. Hope this helps, and goodluck..

Anapolon is Anadrol if I am correct?

This cycle is only going to add water weight to you and may yield some strength gains which will prove very hard to attain post cycle. Anardol alone is simply going to shut you down/mess with your hormones/cause water retention and cause damage to your liver. Most, if not all the gains made by Anadrol alone will be lost post cycle even if correct PCT is done.

It is clear you have not researched this cycle at all.

75 mg Anapolon ED
Sust 250 mg per week (bump up to 500mg weekly for 4 weeks mid cycle)
Equi 200 mg per week (start off with 100mg and bump up to 200mg )

Not good at all..
Sust needs to be shot ed or eod..
eq at 200mg will do next to nothing, try 400mg..
Try and stick with a single ester, like cyp. or enth. at like 500mg then go with your eq at 400mg, and you anapolon is ok. PCT is very important, do you have it planned out yet.?
